While Heartland Public Safety Equipment wasn't officially established until 2025, it is backed by nearly a decade of hands-on experience in emergency vehicle upfitting, automotive electrical systems, vehicle modifications, and two-way radio communications. Emergency vehicle upfitting isn't just my business - it's something I understand from the responder's point of view. With several years of experience in law enforcement, fire, and EMS, I know firsthand what emergency personnel need and expect from their vehicles because I've depended on that equipment in the field myself. That real-world perspective brings a level of practical insight that goes beyond simply installing aftermarket equipment - it means building vehicles that execute their missions flawlessly for the people who rely on them when it matters most.
