This is a 2026 Dodge Durango Pursuit V8 completed using new customer-supplied warning equipment from Code 3, including a Z3S Matrix control system and a Covert lightbar. Supplementing this build is a Setina push bumper with integrated Whelen Ion Trio lightheads, a JottoDesk console with an integrated thermal printer, and a JottoDesk single cell prisoner containment system.

Heartland Public Safety Equipment provided a custom-made lightbar flash pattern for use in the Z3S Matrix control system and Covert lightbar and also worked with the customer to assist with removing the radio, camera, and wireless data equipment from the retired patrol vehicle for changeover and installation into the new vehicle.
